Welcome!
I want to start by acknowledging how challenging it can be to experience a panic attack. Although Iโve never had a panic attack myself, Iโve learned how to best support some of the people I love the most through them.ย
And so itโs my hope that through this meditation, Iโll help guide you back to a state of peace when things feel overwhelming.ย
