Panic Attack Relief Meditation ๐Ÿ˜Œ

Welcome!


I want to start by acknowledging how challenging it can be to experience a panic attack. Although Iโ€™ve never had a panic attack myself, Iโ€™ve learned how to best support some of the people I love the most through them.ย 


And so itโ€™s my hope that through this meditation, Iโ€™ll help guide you back to a state of peace when things feel overwhelming.ย 


You are not alone, Iโ€™m here with you, and together, we will settle these turbulent waters.
